A Hidden Dorset Gem!

I was lucky enough this morning to have a meeting at Shillingstone House, to chat about weddings, flowers and much more.
A characterful house with such a lovely and warm feeling about itself. Lived in by the same family since 1879, it' a beautiful Dorset country house, set in spectacular grounds and gardens. Its charm has to be that it just seems to be the perfect size for a relaxed wedding day.
This morning the spring daffodils were out and the gardens were beginning to burst with bud. You could just imagine drinks on the lawn and a marquee filled with summer blooms!
A venue with so many options available, from indoor or outdoor ceremony, variety of marquee formats and the option of glamping for your guests. It certainly is a a real gem of a venue.
